Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- herbed stuffing mix - 3 c
- sherry or wine - 1/2 c
- shredded Swiss cheese 6 oz
- chicken breasts, skinless and boned - 6 item
How to make swiss chicken bake:
Place breasts in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Combine soup and sherry and pour evenly over cheese. Spoon stuffing mix evenly over all. Dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
