Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sliced celery - 2 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- tube Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make water chestnut casserole:
Slice celery and place in baking dish. Add soups and stir. Dice or slice water chestnuts. Add to mixture. Bake until boiling. In a saucepan melt butter. Crumble tube of crackers and place in pan with butter. Place cracker mixture over celery mixture and bake on low heat for 5 minutes.
