Banana-pineapple cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple including juice - 1 oz
- mashed bananas about 3 medium - 2 c
How to make banana-pineapple cake:
Stir dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple and bananas. Add to flour mixture and mix well by hand. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cool on rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan, then cool completely on wire rack.
