- sugar - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- bunch celery - 1 item
- can chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked hamburg
- to 5 medium onions, sliced - 4 item
- margarine 2 Tbsp - 1/8 lb
- crunchy Chinese noodles - 1 item
How to make chop suey:
Boil celery with 1 teaspoon sugar. Fry onions. Add soup and cook 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Cook 5 minutes more. Add soy sauce and margarine. Add cooked celery. Add hamburg. Serve with crunchy Chinese noodles.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
