  • oil - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • mashed bananas - 1 c
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp

How to make strawberry banana bread:

Cream oil and sugar. Set aside. Combine soda, milk, bananas and dry jello. Add this mixture to creamed mixture. Sift flour and baking powder and add to banana mixture. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
