Ingredients/Components
- chicken breast halves - 3 item
- soy sauce
- condensed chicken broth - 3/4 c
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- oil or more - 3 Tbsp
- sliced celery - 1 c
- onion in wedges - 1 c
- green pepper strips - 1/4 c
- cashews - 1/2 c
- snow peas or 1 pkg
- sliced mushrooms
- ginger to taste - 1 item
How to make walnut chicken:
Toss meat with 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce; set aside. Combine broth with cornstarch and rest of soy sauce. Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add meat and stir-fry. Remove meat. Add remaining oil and vegetables; stir-fry. Add broth mixture to vegetables and boil. Add meat and nuts. Heat 1 minute. Add ginger.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
