Hawaiian chicken
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- soy sauce to taste - 1 item
- jar - 1 jar
- chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces - 1 item
- green peppers 3 to 4
- onion 4 to 8 medium large
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Egg, bread and fry "cut up" chicken pieces; set aside. Slice green peppers and onions. (Hint: To help eliminate frying time, I place in separate bowls with some water, cover and microwave each until softened, not mushy!)In a lasagna sized pan, place cooked chicken pieces, softened pepper and onion, duck sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, salt and pepper; mix gently. Bake covered until bubbly at 325°.
