Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
• mayonnaise - 1/4 c
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• ginger - 1/4 tsp
• black pepper - 1/8 tsp
• drops Tabasco - 4 item
• hard cooked eggs, mashed - 2 item
• very fine chopped onion - 1/4 c
• finely cut up cooked chicken - 2 c

How to make chicken balls:

Shape into balls and roll in chopped coconut or chopped nuts.
