Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- grated cheese - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- coarsely chopped onions - 3 c
- oleo 1/2 stick - 1/4 c
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Melt oleo and saute onions; do not brown. Add eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole, top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until it bubbles in the middle.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
