Ingredients/Components

  • hot water - 4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • diced celery - 1 c
  • diced carrots - 1 c
  • diced potatoes - 1 c
  • cubes beef bouillon - 3 item
  • ground venison - 1 lb

How to make venison soup:

Brown venison in pan. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Loosen meat from kettle. Add remaining ingredients, except soup. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add tomato soup and simmer 10 minutes longer. Good with hot bread.
