Ingredients/Components
- hot water - 4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced carrots - 1 c
- diced potatoes - 1 c
- cubes beef bouillon - 3 item
- ground venison - 1 lb
How to make venison soup:
Brown venison in pan. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Loosen meat from kettle. Add remaining ingredients, except soup. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add tomato soup and simmer 10 minutes longer. Good with hot bread.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Wild game, Deer.
