Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 2 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- venison roast - 5 lb
- clove garlic grated - 1 item
- medium onions grated - 2 item
How to make venison roast:
Roast venison until tender. Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients except flour and pour over venison in plastic or stainless steel container. Let marinate for 24 hours, mixing occasionally. Thicken with flour and water mixture and siRecipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Deer.
