Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • water - 3 c
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • medium potatoes, peeled and quartered - 4 item
  • venison roast - 2 4
  • celery sticks - 4 item
  • cloves garlic, cut in half - 2 item
  • lb carrots, peeled and cut into half pieces - 1 item

How to make venison roast:

Pierce roast and insert garlic halves into meat. Place roast, bay leaf and vegetables into a large roasting pan. Combine Lipton soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water. After arranging vegetables around and over the roast, pour the soup mixture over the top. Cook approximately 3 hours at 350° or until tender.
