Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- tomatoes, chopped* - 2 item
- medium onion* - 1/2 item
- head broccoli* - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese yellow or orange color - 2 c
How to make vegetable pizza:
Unroll crescent rolls and press flat into cookie sheet. Join all creases. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan.Mix next 4 ingredients together and spread on cooled rolls; mix. Sprinkle the vegetables on top (spread out evenly). Top with shredded cheese. Cut into squares and serve.
*You can use any combination of your own favorite vegetables. These look most colorful, especially with the orange cheese!
