Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- Mozzarella cheese
- small onion - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- cauliflower - 1 c
- broccoli - 1 c
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix original - 1 pkg
- small red and green pepper - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
On a lightly greased 11 x 8-inch cookie sheet, spread crescents and pinch ends together. Bake according to directions until very light golden brown. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix. Spread this mixture over crescent rolls. Combine vegetables and cheese. Sprinkle on top and press on.
