Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- diced onion - 1/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- 9-inch pastry shell
- cans snow crab or 1 lb - 2 1/2
How to make crab quiche:
Mix the first four ingredients until blended. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pastry shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
