Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
- sharp grated cheese - 1/2 c
- frozen mixed vegetables, cooked as directed and drained well - 2 pkg
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of mixture. Top with the crushed crackers, mixed with the margarine. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
