Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 4
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- baking potatoes - 3 item
- milk to moisten - 1 item
How to make stuffed baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes in a 400° oven for 1 hour. Cut in half and remove potato. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper; beat until light and fluffy. Pile lightly into shells. Top with grated cheese. Wrap for freezing if desired. Just prior to serving, place under broiler until cheese melts and turns brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
