Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 35 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
How to make vegetable casserole:
Layer green beans, corn, water chestnuts and onion in a casserole dish. Mix the soup and sour cream together; spread over top of vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top of soup mixture. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted margarine. Spread over top of casserole. Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes or until bubbly and lightly brown.
