Ingredients/Components
- can water - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- bunch broccoli - 1 item
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- bag baby carrots - 1 item
- purple onion, sliced - 1 item
- Cheddar or Longhorn cheese - 3/4 lb
- cauliflower optional - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Steam veggies to desired crispness. Add onions and mushrooms. Mix and heat soups in a separate pan with 1 can water. Use soup can for measure. Pour soup mixture over veggies. Bake at 375° for about 30 to 40 minutes. Turn off oven and add shreddedRecipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
