Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2 3
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- diced celery optional - 1/4 c
- head broccoli angular cuts - 1 item
- head cauliflower angular cuts - 1 item
- diced fresh onion optional - 2 Tbsp
How to make vegetable casserole:
Toss carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Mix together celery soup, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, diced celery, fresh onion, salt and pepper. Mix all together. Spread out into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 2 tablespoons melted butter mixed with 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over this.
