Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
- can whole kernel corn do not drain - 1 item
- sugar do not delete - 1 Tbsp
How to make corn bake:
Combine in large bowl creamed corn, whole kernel corn, oleo, sour cream, eggs, sugar and muffin mix. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.Variation: Drain whole kernel corn. Add 1 stick (1/2 cup) oleo, melted. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
