Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 16 oz
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- can water chestnuts, cut up - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Cook vegetables until tender. Add all the other ingredients. Mix together and heat in oven until bubbly. Remove from oven.Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with 1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix and sprinkle over the top of casserole. Return to oven and cook until brown.
