Mixed vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- buttery cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables as directed. If using canned vegetables, drain cans. Saute celery and onions in 2 tablespoons oleo. Combine vegetables, celery, onions, mayonnaise and cheese. Put all into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.Combine cracker crumbs and oleo. Sprinkle mixture over vegetables. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
