Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make green bean casserole:
Mix green beans and corn (drained); put in greased casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onions and salt; spread over beans and corn. Mix melted margarine with crushed crackers and slivered almonds; spread on top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350°, uncovered.Can be made and put in refrigerator overnight before baking.
