Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cans Veg-All vegetables, drained - 2 item
- American grated cheese - 1 c
- can chopped water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients well. Crush 1 package Ritz crackers. Mix with 1/2 cup melted margarine. Bake in casserole dish in 350° oven approximately 20 minutes. Sprinkle cracker mixture over top and return to oven until crackers are brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
