Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- green pepper, chopped fine - 3/4 item
- mushrooms, chopped fine - 3/4 c
- cauliflower, chopped - 3/4 c
- green onion, chopped - 3/4 c
- carrots, chopped fine - 3/4 c
- broccoli, chopped fine - 3/4 c
- envelope Ranch dressing - 1 item
- any combination cheese Monterey Jack, Cheddar, etc - 3/4 c
How to make vegetable bars:
Spray a large cookie sheet or large pizza pan with Pam. Spread crescent rolls on sheet to make a crust. Bake 7 minutes at 350°. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, Ranch dressing and Miracle Whip. Spread on crust. Sprinkle vegetables on top of crust and cover with shredded cheese/cheeses. Chill. Cut into squares.Note: Three-fourth cup of veggies can be bought at the deli. I also added 1/2 cup toasted pecans to the cream cheese mixture. And you may add chopped celery, if desired.
