Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- carrots, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- broccoli, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- cauliflower, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- original Hidden Valley dressing - 1 pkg
- crescent dinner rolls from supermarket refrigerator dairy case - 2 pkg
- more vegetables, if you like optional - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Unwrap dinner rolls and lay flat in jelly roll pan to form "crust" for chopped vegetables. Bake 10 minutes until done in a 350° oven. Cool.Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley dressing with electric mixer. When smooth, spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle vegetables and grated cheese generously over cream cheese layer and cut in squares. Lightly pack down vegetables and cheese with a fork.
