Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- cans Veg-All - 2 item
- grated Cheddar - 1 c
How to make veg-all casserole:
Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts. Mix together all ingredients and place in buttered casserole. Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
