Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- potatoes - 4 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
How to make campfire potatoes:
Chop potatoes into bite size pieces; chop onion too. Put chopped onion and potatoes on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Add butter, salt, pepper and water. Seal tightly and place on hot grill approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn occasionally. Great when topped with Ranch dressing.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
