  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • mini marshmallows - 3 c
  • can pineapple, crushed - 1 oz
  • large sweet potatoes, baked - 6 item

How to make twice baked sweet potatoes:

Cut each potato in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/2 inch shell. Mash potatoes. Add 2 tablespoons margarine, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Mix until smooth. Gradually add pineapple; beat until fluffy. Stir in 2 cups marshmallows and nuts.
