  • milk - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • onion flakes - 1/4 1/2
  • bacon bits - 1/4 1/2
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded cheese - 3/4 c
  • Irish potatoes - 6 item

How to make twice baked potatoes:

Boil potatoes in hot water until you can stick a knife through them. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potato. Add all other ingredients to potatoes; mix well. Put mixture back into potato shell. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in warm oven or microwave until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 12.
