Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- onion flakes - 1/4 1/2
- bacon bits - 1/4 1/2
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cheese - 3/4 c
- Irish potatoes - 6 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Boil potatoes in hot water until you can stick a knife through them. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potato. Add all other ingredients to potatoes; mix well. Put mixture back into potato shell. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in warm oven or microwave until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
