Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 16 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bacon bits - 1 item
- chives - 1 item
- potatoes, boiled and mashed - 7 item
- shredded Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- small tub soft margarine - 1 item
How to make sour cream potato casserole:
To the potatoes, add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Each layer should be about 1/2-inch. Layer in round casserole dish: mashed potatoes, margarine, sour cream, bacon bits, chives and Velveeta.
