- soy sauce - 10 oz
- liquid smoke - 4 oz

- bottle garlic powder - 1 item
- bottle black and lemon pepper seasoning - 1 item
- bottle paprika - 1 item
- brisket, rump roast or flank steak
How to make beef jerky:
Super Sprinkle:1 bottle Accent (m.s.g.)1 bottle garlic powder1 bottle black and lemon pepper seasoning1 bottle paprika Meat:2 to 3 lb. brisket, rump roast or flank steak In large bowl, mix soy sauce and liquid smoke. Cut meat with grain into 1/4-inch strips.Sprinkle meat (both sides) with Super Sprinkle seasonings. Place meat in soy sauce/liquid smoke mixture (press meat down in liquid mixture). Cover bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Remove meat from liquid mixture and pat dry meat with paper towel. Lay meat strips on oven racks. Set oven on lowest setting, leaving oven door slightly ajar. Bake 9 to 12 hours.
