Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- onions, chopped - 4 item
- celery, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes - 1 pkg
- large peppers, chopped - 2 item
How to make tomato soup:
Cook tomatoes, celery, peppers and onions until done and put through sieve. Mix together butter, flour, sugar and salt; add to tomato mixture and boil for 20 minutes. Pack into jars. Very good.Recipe categories: Fruit, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
