Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
- large bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 item
How to make texas potatoes:
Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients, except crackers. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix Ritz crackers and 1 cup butter together. Spread over potato mixture and bake 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Oven.
