  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c

How to make cheese cake:

Topping:3 Tbsp. sugar1 c. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla Do not overbeat. Makes center soft. Beat cream cheese until creamy, one egg at a time. Beat each only until yellow is broken. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Best when you let it stand for a day.

You can use additional things for topping, such as nuts, fruits, etc., on top of sour cream topping.
