Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
- large bag frozen shredded hash browns - 1 item
How to make texas potatoes:
Mix together the hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, 1/2 cup of butter, salt and pepper, then put in baking dish and set aside. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of butter and crackers. Spread over top of potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Oven.
