- butter - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 2 c
- small onion - 1 item
- small container sour cream - 1 item
- large bag hash browns - 1 item
How to make texas potatoes:
Mix hash browns, onion, soup and sour cream. Spread into casserole dish. Melt 1 cup butter and add to crushed Ritz crackers. Mix and spread on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Oven.
