- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 1-1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onions, chopped - 2 med
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- cans tomatoes - 2 lb
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- converted raw rice - 1 c
How to make texas hash:
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
