Tex-mex guacamole
Ingredients/Components
- medium size, black-skinned avocados - 2 item
- fresh lime or lemon juice - 2 tsp
- green onions, finely chopped - 2 item
- small tomato, seeded and finely chopped - 1 item
- seeded and finely chopped fresh or canned green chili pepper - 2 Tbsp
- minced, fresh cilantro or parsley - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make tex-mex guacamole:
Halve the avocados lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a medium size bowl. Add the lime juice and salt. Mash with a fork, mixing well. Add the green onions, tomato, garlic, green chili pepper and cilantro. Blend well. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Corn.
