  • firmly packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • catsup - 1/4 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • brandy - 1/2 c
  • 1 inch piece ginger root, minced - 1 item

How to make teriyaki marinade:

Combine all ingredients. Marinate meat several hours in refrigerator. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
