Ingredients/Components
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- brandy - 1/2 c
- 1 inch piece ginger root, minced - 1 item
How to make teriyaki marinade:
Combine all ingredients. Marinate meat several hours in refrigerator. Yields 1 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
