Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • white wine - 3 Tbsp
  • lemon, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • skinless, boneless chicken - 2 lb
  • capers optional - 3 Tbsp

How to make chicken piccata:

Melt butter and oil in large frying pan. Coat chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Cook chicken until opaque, about 3 minutes each side. Add lemon juice, capers and wine. Top with sliced lemon. Cook 10 minutes or until meat is white inside. Top with parsley.
