Chicken piccata
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- white wine - 3 Tbsp
- lemon, thinly sliced - 1 item
- skinless, boneless chicken - 2 lb
- capers optional - 3 Tbsp
How to make chicken piccata:
Melt butter and oil in large frying pan. Coat chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Cook chicken until opaque, about 3 minutes each side. Add lemon juice, capers and wine. Top with sliced lemon.
