- large green pepper - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- celery
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- grated American cheese - 1 lb
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth - 8 oz
- little milk - 1 item
- cooked chicken 1 to 1 1/2 lb - 4 c
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Saute celery and green pepper; add soup, mushrooms, pimento, salt and pepper. Add a little milk to thin; layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: chicken, spaghetti, sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
