Ingredients/Components

• brown sugar - 1 c
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• vinegar - 2/3 c
• ginger - 2 tsp
• soy sauce - 1/2 c
• catsup - 2/3 c
• to 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped - 5 item

How to make teriyaki marinade:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Excellent for beef, chicken or pork.
