Luau ribs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- ginger - 2 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- meaty spareribs - 4 lb
- jars strained peaches baby food - 2 1/2
How to make luau ribs:
Preheat oven to 450°. Line a shallow pan with foil.For Sauce: Mix all ingredients except ribs. Rub ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place ribs meaty sides up in prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes; spoon off fat. Reduce temperature to 350°. Pour sauce over ribs. Return to oven; bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Baste with sauce several times. Cut in serving pieces.
