  • catsup - 2/3 c
  • vinegar - 2/3 c
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • to 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped - 5 item
  • ground ginger - 2 tsp

How to make teriyaki marinade:

Mix ingredients as given: brown sugar, catsup, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic and ginger. Pour over meat.
