Ingredients/Components
- salt
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- plus 1 1/2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- flank steak - 1 (1
- freshly ground pepper I use regular black pepper - 1 tsp
How to make tangy flank steak:
Place steak in a large, shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning steak frequently. Can marinate longer.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Beef.
