  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • plus 1 1/2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
  • flank steak - 1 (1
  • freshly ground pepper I use regular black pepper - 1 tsp

How to make tangy flank steak:

Place steak in a large, shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning steak frequently. Can marinate longer.
