Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- can pumpkin - 2/3 item
How to make pumpkin roll:
Batter:3/4 c. flour1 tsp. ginger1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt pecans powdered sugar Filling: Mix the ingredients together; beat for 3 minutes. Set aside.Batter: Mix together the ingredients, except powdered sugar and pecans.
Line jelly roll pan with wax paper. Pour in batter. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle tea towel with powdered sugar and pecan pieces; turn cake onto towel. Fill with filling mixture; roll as for jelly roll.
