- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1/2 item
- potatoes - 5 lb
- sliced American cheese - 1 pkg
- 1/2 cans milk - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel and slice potatoes thin. Slice onion very thin. In large baking dish, layer potatoes, onion and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and milk. Layer cheese on top. Bake at 375° until potatoes are tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
