  • chopped roasted red peppers - 2 Tbsp
  • can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped - 1 to
  • parsley sprig for garnish - 1 item
  • reduced-calorie Italian dressing - 1/2 c
  • Phipps pretzel chips

How to make tangy artichoke dip:

In small bowl mix artichokes, salad dressing, cheese, peppers and parsley until well blended. Cover; chill until serving time. Garnish with parsley. Serve as a dip with pretzel chips.
