Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- chopped roasted red peppers - 2 Tbsp
- can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped - 1 to
- parsley sprig for garnish - 1 item
- reduced-calorie Italian dressing - 1/2 c
- Phipps pretzel chips
How to make tangy artichoke dip:
In small bowl mix artichokes, salad dressing, cheese, peppers and parsley until well blended. Cover; chill until serving time. Garnish with parsley. Serve as a dip with pretzel chips.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Dips.
